Jochen Marnitz, Chairman of the Board

Following his studies of mathematics at Berlin Technical University Jochen Marnitz started his professional career at SPERRY UNIVAC in 1975. After six years as software engineer and IT consultant he began to work as a freelance IT consultant. In 1990 he founded Cogito Consult GmbH where he acted as managing partner until 1999. After 1.5 years as CIO at emagine GmbH he went to NOVOSEC AG in June 2001 to become chairman of the board.

Maik Stohn
Business Solutions, IT-Infrastructure and Software Development
As a pupil Maik Stohn already won the national science contest "Jugend forscht" twice (in physics and mathematics / computer science). He studied computer science at Ilmenau University. During this time he additionally worked as a freelance software engineer, thus having already six years of professional experience. In 1996 he founded Digital Optics®, where he acted as managing partner before he joined NOVOSEC AG as board member.

Jürgen Weiß
Financial Management, Controlling and Consulting
After finishing his training in Bankkaufmann at Aalener Volksbank e.G. Jürgen Weiß studied business computer science at Mannheim University. In 1997 he started working as a consultant and software engineer at Gesellschaft für Finanzmarketing mbH (GEFM). When GEFM was renamed to emagine he established the competence centre eCommerce which he chaired until he left the company in 2001. He has been a board member of NOVOSEC AG since June 2001.
